There is room left for 20 submitted papers on all topics that fit the scope of the workshop, whether they are theoretical or they deal with experiments and results.

Manuscripts must be sent in electronic form (preferably in pdf format) to ( with full address information for the corresponding author (email, phone, fax). 

All submitted contributions, no longer than 8 pages using the 9.00" x 6.00" World Scientific proceedings style (use this style file). Although LaTex and word style files are present, authors are strongly encouraged to use LaTeX.

Papers will be referred by at least two reviewers; the accepted ones will be published in the proceedings volume by World Scientific Press, Singapore.

Paper organization must satisfy the following structure:





*Body of the paper (related works, methods, experimental results, etc)


*References (they should include the full title of papers or books)

Targeted specific topics could be, but not limited to:

   1. inference mechanisms in modelling: from Bayes to self-assembly and perhaps more

   2. data merging: mastering uncertainty, imprecision and incompleteness

   3. perceptual models: scale invariance, quantum physics and geometry, etc.

   4. credible agents: reality, models and (computer) representation of complex systems

   5. multi scale analysis: rare phenomena, data mining and large data bases

   6. virtual and augmented reality to experiment: from computer graphics to virtual observation or computational biology
